Shrouded Path is an atmospheric pixel adventure that combines grid-based exploration, puzzles and subtle storytelling in a combination of 1-bit and 2-bit styles.

You wander through a world shrouded in the veil, searching for the four essences of the elements – and ultimately confronting the heart of the veil that devours everything. Some places only open up to those who are prepared. Secrets and treasures are scattered everywhere.

The game is played using only the keyboard! The most important keys (more in the menu):
- WASD – Move
- E or Enter – Interact / Perform action
- P – Open menu

It is my first published game and a small solo project.

Just finished the game. It's a cool and neat little game, I can see this becoming a rogue like or roguelite with a little bit of effort(like some kind of combat). I think that the flag mechanic is weird, and people which just want to play the game to see the end will not care for that too much dying and letting the days pass(it needs to have some kind of reward/punishment or good ending/bad ending for number of days passed for that to have some impact),. I don't want to criticize the game, it's cool and fun game and whomever is behind this is in the right path for bigger things.

Thank you for your comment and for playing. Yes, the flag issue definitely deserves more attention and improvement. I'm considering starting with Godot and then implementing the game there on a larger scale.
